Shri Lakshmi Power Ltd. was incorporated on 14th April 2009 having the major objectives to produce electricity and all form of energies. In addition, we aim to manufacture sponge iron, steel or any such products. We have decided to become an independent power producer by producing electricity of 300 MW in coal based thermal power plant and 1,35,000 tones per annum steel with captive power plant of 48 MW in an integrated steel plant.

To achieve excellence in this field we have hired the services of the consultants for the preliminary and feasibility report, detailed drawing, design and engineering of power plant. By using most efficient technology in the world, in power generation and manufacturing sponge iron and steel we are getting competitive advantage over other players in the industry.

The company has purchased 200 Acres of land at Village Bitkuli/Pasid, Tehsil Bhatapara , distt. Raipur Chhatisgarh. The company has already signed MOU with Chhatisgarh Government for 300 MW unit.
